Best Version Media interview questions

I had an interview with the company, but after learning that there is no base pay I couldn't accept. The risk/reward factor was too high for me. I was unsatisfied with the length of WHEN I'd see profit and worst of all, not being guaranteed pay. I didn't like how they kept mentioning that it costs $5000 to produce the magazine but constantly said not to worry about thay, like why would it matter if I didn't have to worry? Finally, when asked questions involving who my target audience was, they just kept saying to submit articles and they would choose the best ones. It's community bases but they don't tell you what they want form the community. You'll eventually reach the $3500 a month they use to advertise how awesome they are, but that won't happen for at least 6 to 8 months. Only the most driven will succeed here, as long as you can get 15 customers a month and keep constant contact with practically no supervision.

After setting and missing my scheduled calls 3 or 4 times I had the pleasure of talking with Erika for as long as I wanted. She was most helpful and went to great lengths to explain the position of publisher and all that it intells. She was very pleasant and patient and we had a very enjoyable talk about all the aspects of working for BVM. Couldn't have asked for a better or more informative interview. Sure hope I get to be apart of this company and the people who make it a leader in it's field!
