Our Publishers have a very high level of success. Our publisher retention rate was 98% last year. This is, in part, due to the fact that the success rate of BVM magazines is exponentially higher than independent magazines. Therefore profit and lifestyle are exceptional.

The particular position that this candidate interviewed for was an Independent Contractor position. IC's are not paid for training due to the nature of an 1099. The training is provided at no charge to new Associate Publishers and we provide enormous support and tools for success.
As for home office employees, who are separate from IC's: They enjoy the same empowering culture but also paid training programs, flex schedules, generous vacation time, 401k contribution, advancement opportunities and the tools and resources it takes to succeed.
