Best Version Media Publisher interview questions

Easy. They answered every question I had. The conversation was equally sided with respect. I was contacted and notified of the position available and accepted for training. Being a skeptic, I went in lightly, but came out of training ready to go full steam! We have a great product and great leaders!

Applied for this one morning from my cellphone. Got an automatically generated email saying that I fit the requirements for an interview. Included in the email were a presentation video(geared towards prospecting ad space buyers) and an opportunity video(geared towards YOU, the publisher). I will admit that the videos were quite good, but I'm sure they are dated and include extravagantly false information (wild claims like recent company growth, 320% in the past year alone!, and examples of how much money one can make, typical multi-level marketing spew). I decided to email back, saying I was interested. The recruiter told me I would receive a phone interview at 8:30pm the same night(I didn't realize it at the time, but this was a huge red flag. Who does phone interviews at 8:30 at night same day?!) I got a call around 8:45pm, it was a regional manger. Started off by asking me for a general summary of who I am and what I'm doing, looking for, etc. After that, he told me about himself, then he asked me what I thought about the videos. Then he went over the info in the videos. He chewed my ear off for literally 10-15 minutes of him blabbing about the amazing "opportunities" one can have with BVM. Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah. He was talking so much that he had to ask me if I was still there and at one point I actually had to stop him so I could ask him the one question and VITAL piece of information BVM should provide up front. My question was if they pay any sort of hourly wage or salary. He responded with a meek "No, sorry theres nothing we can do for you" and thats when I ended the conversation. I told him that hourly-wage or salary was primarily what I'm looking for and I would still have to work my two jobs on top of this one if I were to accept. He got really quite after I told him I was interested. THIS JOB IS DOOR-TO-DOOR SALES. You have to sale ad space to businesses for your made-up "micro-targeted-social-media" magazine and until you sell enough ads to pay for the "baseline" cost of the publishing, you make no money at all what so ever. You have to visit these businesses, which who knows how many No's you get before you get a single Yes. Even in the videos they say that it can take up to months before a "publisher" can make baseline! Which is funny because the three examples they give in the opportunity video show the best-most-impossible scenarios that could happen to a "publisher" at BVM. BVM only has 5 star reviews on glass door and every review has zero cons. All of those reviews were fabricated by BVM, I can guarantee it. Don't waste you time with this useless scam, I'm fairly upset I did.
