Just showed up and asked me when I wanted to work and how many hours I needed. Then he called me within a few hours and asked if i could start the next day.

It was very brief. The hiring manager didn't ask me a lot of questiins, and I feel that the hiring manager didn't do a good job laying out all the responsibilities
