I applied online through indeed then got a phone call then went for a interview of more or less one hour with the manager and the director of operation , 2 days after they called me back and I got hired

It was very relaxed and quick. They seemed quite desperate for a replacement for the previous receptionist who had quit. They were informal but in a way that seemed unprofessional. They offered me the job on the spot. I was desperate for work so took it but quit after a few weeks due to the hostile environment and unfair practices.
