I filled out an application on a Tuesday. One week later at 4pm had interview with GM and Manger in the conference room at the same time. They were very friendly and asked about 5/6 standard interview questions. They called me back later than evening and offered me the job.

How would you handle a situation where you can an angry customer, phones ringing off the hook, and busy lobby?
The interview was very short. I was only asked a few questions about my past experience and if I had any questions. I would have liked to know more about the company itself but the interviewer seemed in a rush.

I Waited over 45 minutes for the manager because he was out on lunch at the same time we had scheduled the interview, it was quick and only asked a few basic questions, they wanted to fill the position.

Quick and easy. Not many difficult questions more so about your character to see if your friendly and outgoing and how would you assist guests with difficult requests. Management is very nice and you're only interviewing with one main manager,
