BetterUp Sr. Account Executive interview questions

This was the most unique interview process I have been through because Betterup are obsessed with finding the right person for the organization. Whilst this can make the process daunting , it shouldn’t be. I had multiply rounds and interviewed with 6-8 people but the theme was always centered around my thought process and sales methodology. I suggest that anyone interviewing, to study the mission statement. Betterup isn’t a buzzword organization as they believe in what they say.

Interview process was very smooth. The whole team at BetterUp did a fantastic job in preparing me for each step of the process. Key events: Recruiter Screening, Manager Interview, Panel Interview (5 different people in the organization and a founder interview), offer/no offer.
