Someone earlier said, "Felt like they didnt get to know me at all. Was just a list of drilling questions about specific experiences. I knew from that initial call that I wouldn't want to be there." I have to say, that was exactly my experience. The recruiter I spoke with scheduled me nearly two weeks out and did not do much to get to know me. It was a cold interview without a lot of conversation, it was simply someone reading from a doc and asking me questions. At some points, during responses, the recruiter didn't even type. It was blatantly obvious I was going to get a rejection email. We didn't even talk for the full 30 minutes, it went about 18 minutes before we called it off. It is disappointing since this is a company that should be mission driven, but it felt hollow. I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to apply here.
