There were 4 steps to the interview after my application was submitted. - Phone interview - Technical Assessment - Build a store assignment - In person interview After they had approved of each step, they would send you the next step. They are looking for people who both have a base knowledge of the industry and the ability to find answers to questions that they don't know.
