Only had a video conference discussion with the recruiter, which seemed to go well. Was asked for my availability for he next interview and was told they would be contacting me within a day or two with a calendar invite. Never heard back from them even after attempts to contact the recruiter via telephone and email. I was basically ghosted.

A recruiter reached out and got me in front of someone within the same week and got an answer the following week - the whole process was straight forward and direct

I had three interviews, one with HR, one with the VP of the team, and one with the managers of the team. There was no formal test/writing sample/etc., but the technical questions were extensive.

1.) Interview with hiring manager in HR
2.) Interview with the Team Lead
3.) Interview with the Director of Customer Success
4.) Interview with the Senior Director of Implementation
The entire process took about 3 weeks. The first few were all within a few days of each other, but the final interview was a week after the third interview.
