I did a behavioral interview first. All questions were standard behavioral interview questions, but I would definitely recommend having some answers on hand. Once I made it to the second round of interviews, I was taken on a plant tour and told about the position. Oddly, I never heard back from them after what seemed like an onboarding interview.
I interviewed for the position, they rescheduled the interview three times on me, and it took 8 months for them to get back to me. I am not impressed with their communication skills, and it does not seem like they value my time.

It was a phone interview. Boeing uses a structured interview where they ask the same 5 questions to everyone who is applying for that position. They want you to answer using the STAR method (Situation/Task, Action(s) taken, Result).
