Very bad tbh. HR does not reply email. Wait for a month just to wait for her for to schedule call and sending information. Thw way of writing email also very unprofessional
It was very technical, like questions about transaction but in accounts, not in general. I doesn't know it was supposed to be a test and that I need to know the charts of accounts.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Amsterdam) in Apr 2023
Interview
Straight forward process where all the steps went quite fast. Although a bit confusing without very clear communication in advance, the recruiter was always very supportive during the process. Of course, never heard back after the last interview.
By the way, on the last interview (w/ the hiring manager) the guy used that kind of ancient mentality of confronting, asking questions already answered, insisting on the same topics and even saying things you didn’t mention. Very disappointing I would say. I have never received the feedback but I would never accept working to such person.
