      Interview

      The interview consisted of 5 rounds: - HR Screening: Interview with a recruiter to walk them through your past experience and estimate whether it's relevant for the position - Past experience interview with 2 PMMs, focusing on one or 2 flagship projects. Demonstrate how you led/contributed to leading a product from ideation to Go to Market, while establishing its positioning & impacting the overall product roadmap. - Hypothetical situations interview with 2 PMMs. Prepare a clear GTM framework and be able to apply it to hypothetical product launches, while also supporting it with real-life examples from your past experience. - Business Case interview with PM & PMM, includes user research, customer segmentation, UVP, success metrics, GTM plan with channels & phasing. -Interview focusing on stakeholder management & opportunity sizing. Demonstrate the ability to manage complex projects across senior stakeholders and prioritize projects based on the opportunity size. Includes both past experience examples and hypothetical situations.

      Interview

      Multiple steps of phone calls and a final onsite interview. First calls were with the Product team and later with the actual product marketing team. Overall more than 12 people, ALL MEN.

      Question 1

      They asked multiple times about my current (at the time) workplace rather than my skills. I think they were trying to assess how committed I was at my company. It came out really bad because the questions looked assertive and more about the specific workplace rather than my interest in joining the company and my skills.
