Quick and informative interview process. Learned more about the company. Was interviewed by 3 hiring managers/assistant managers. Discussed selling techniques, types of books they had, how I would help a customer in a certain situation. Basic interview questions.
The interview was great. We chatted a lot about books, which was a nice indicator to me that there was an emphasis on providing good customer service. Other questions were pretty run of the mill. Very normal retail interview. They also asked about my school schedule, so we could work out a work schedule.

Interview
It was a very easy interview. It read like a conversation about topics I enjoy. No difficult questions, and the tone was very casual. I felt at ease, and the whole thing didn't last more than 10 minutes.
