I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Books-A-Million (Huntsville, AL) in May 2014
Interview
Had a set time for the interview but had to wait almost an hour and a half for the hiring manager to even come out. Overall it was a pretty normal interview with basic questions. Nothing special, nothing bad really. Sell an item, why do you want to work here, blah blah blah.
Applied online through indeed and took a week to reply
Got an interview in person fairly normal interview questions about experience and interests that was about it not much else
Typical interview process and questions. It was a two part process. If the initial manger that interviewed you liked you, they would bring you in for a second interview. Depending on the manager, your questions could be more friendly or strictly the required questions.
Was fairly easy process for an interview. I can't remember all the questions but they were basically wanting to know your job history and selling process. They also want to know your availability and times you would be able to work.
