Bosch Project Manager interview questions

After eesume relection the HR called to schedule interview by exper. Expert Interview was with the direct manager. The job seemed to be for a senior position. The interviewer made clear that tgey wanted someone with more customer facing background, this wasn’t clear from the job description.

The interview process was simple and enjoyable. I met with a manager for a video call, it was a great conversation. Then met with several individuals on site. Again, the interview was great. A great conversation they gave me a great sense for the culture of the team and throughout the interview I felt great chemistry. It didn't seem like they were just reading questions of a form but were organic and relevant to my experience and the processes at Bosch. I had an offer in just a few days.
