Interview
After a short phone interview I was called back and asked to meet in the store for a one to one interview. The questions were pretty straight forward - nothing that caught me off guard. The Job was in Texas and I do not speak Spanish, so in the end, not being bi-lingual killed my opportunity. I was later told I didn't get the job in a letter sent to my house.
Questions and answers. Relaxed style interview. Not difficult and in line with expectations of the job. Interested in people skills and handling different kinds of situations. Retail sales scenarios, experience not necessary but helpful.
Good went very smooth also had 2 interviews wish they was still around I would still be there. Also you have the onboarding training be very easy. They walk you through everything and keep good contact with you

Interview
Interview with two managers, the Assistant Store Manager, and the Store Manager. Then later with the team lead. Very straight forward, no complains with the interview process. Quickly received a call back from the Store Manager.
