First online application then phone call screening asking for availability and three in-person interviews, one with assistant manager, one with store manager, and one with sales supervisor. Questions standard for the most part except the 20 questions game.

20 Questions game - Find a place, person or object
Few steps. One f2f interview one phone interview going up the management. They ask questions about yourself and asked questions about how to sell. Then the phone interview was to build rapport with the top manager. Very heirarchical structure.
