First I did a phone screen, asked simple questions about previous jobs, what kind of work I did etc., then a few days later they called and arranged a in person interview. At the interview I first role played and answered a phone pretending to work there with the people conducting the interview. They asked some questions and then came into the room and continued the interview. The whole process took about 1 hour. Some questions were name 3 words to describe yourself? Why should we hire you? Role play with them and sell them something in your music store. Why is it important for you to reach your goal?
