Received an email to interview. HR sends a follow up with the times then the interview happens via Zoom. For me it was very casual with the current research assistants interviewing you as a new candidate.

Pretty short, mainly about the responsibilities of the job. Most of the questions were behavioral questions, gave enough time for you to ask questions about the job. Just one person
Very poorly handled, outsourced recruiting to a recruiter who knew nothing about the role. Was ghosted whenever I reached out, and ultimately, all emails went ignored by the team. Also did reference check before final round which was very awkward.

They had me give my references before the third round. It was a really awkward experience and then even worse when I got rejected. Interviews were straight forward enough and not too difficult. Prepare stories +weaknesses/strengths
