Multiple rounds of interviews with the medical team and social work leadership. The process moved slowly and required multiple days at the hospital. The interviews themselves were pretty standard and everyone was friendly during them.

Applied to job on-line to Human Resources Dept. I also submitted my resume and a cover letter to the Director of Social Work forwarded my resume to the program director. Initially spoke over the phone and then met in person with program director.
