I received an interview slot through the career fair, followed up, and had a virtual interview shortly after. The interview went well, and the interviewer and I exchanged several emails afterward. However, after more than a month of silence, I followed up again. I was told that the hiring process was undergoing changes, causing delays, but was reassured that my interview had gone very well and that I should be hearing back soon. Unfortunately, I never received any further communication—not even a rejection email. I later learned that several of my peers had similar experiences. The lack of follow-through felt unprofessional.

Hiring manager was very friendly and let me talk about my experiences while also chiming in with questions as we went along. I enjoyed the chat and felt very comfortable.
