I interviewed at Boston Scientific (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
I received an interview slot through the career fair, followed up, and had a virtual interview shortly after. The interview went well, and the interviewer and I exchanged several emails afterward. However, after more than a month of silence, I followed up again. I was told that the hiring process was undergoing changes, causing delays, but was reassured that my interview had gone very well and that I should be hearing back soon. Unfortunately, I never received any further communication—not even a rejection email. I later learned that several of my peers had similar experiences. The lack of follow-through felt unprofessional.
It was very streamlined, interviewing with the team after the initial screening. The interview was nice, but they did have some technical questions that they asked that you may need to be prepared for.

Hiring manager was very friendly and let me talk about my experiences while also chiming in with questions as we went along. I enjoyed the chat and felt very comfortable.
