Their recruiting process and their recruiters need basic people training and customer service skills revamping. I understand these are critical times, but if I give you my undivided attention during calls, have the respect to call me when you have quiet time on your end and follow through with additional scheduled calls without ghosting candidates. Respect people's time. When this incident was escalated to upper management nothing was done so tells you about the lack of respect for people. If they treat candidates with a lack of respect and like garbage imagine how they treat their employees when they join! Stay away from people from Bottomline! Do yourselves a favor.
