Bozzuto interview questions

I think I was called by HR first for a preliminary interview. Then I interviewed at a cafe with the regional manager for about one hour. My regional was very interested in my marketing abilities as I was interviewing to open a brand new company. He wanted to know my closing percentage for leasing both for myself and my staff.

I had several phone interviews as well as a one on one interview with the on-site manager. The first interview was with a recruiter, and she was wonderful. She kept the phone interview very conversational, as well as friendly and warm. She asked several typical interview questions, but posed them so conversationally that I barely noticed. The second interview was in person, and it was a little more difficult. It felt a lot more like an interview than the first, but the manager was very friendly and seemed excited to have me join the team. The third interview was with the regional portfolio manager, who was also very nice. She really just gave me the lay of the land for the position and didn't ask many questions.
