The process was quite typical. The interview process was first a phone interview with the operating manager. Once I passed that, I had an in-person interview. The in-person interview was a 1:1 group interview. Each person asked me one question and I answered them. Then there were 2 people who would be my future colleagues who both asked me questions and told me about the job. The hiring process then went to the HR office of the hospital in general. They guided me through Brigham's orientation and the many immunizations and tests I would have to do.
It was a very off-the-cuff interview and really allowed me to be myself during the interview. People were really nice but I wish they were more frank about what the expectations would be later in the game.
