Phone screen with recruiter, video screen with hiring manager, and then onsite interviews. The process is slow and drawn out with little to no follow-up communication between steps. You don't hear anything for weeks and then they expect you to clear your schedule within a couple days. Just felt like a lack of basic respect. You get the prestige of working at Brigham so expect a lower salary range. I ended up telling them I was not interested in the role.
