First had phone screen, which was very typical. Then an in-person interview. First half of the interview was with the entire group (5-7) of research assistants. I found this to be very intimidating and not very welcoming. Then the second half of the interview was with the program manager. I found the manager to be a bit judgmental and terse. I was told there were only 5 other applicants at that level, but never received an email getting an offer or not, which felt a bit disrespectful.
