The interview process went smoothly. Although covid-19 made the process a lot longer than expected I found that everybody was doing the best that they could. They not only asked questions about myself personally but also about how I could help the hospital.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Jan 2021
Interview
Asked questions regarding my interest/passion for patient care and goals for the future. Reflected on previous patient care experiences both positive and negative. How to deal with difficult patients and how to address patient barriers to care and health.
