Interview
Very simple, very few questions. The interview process was actually conducted through a program at my university that placed me at the hospital. The relationship between my university and the hospital made it easy for them to know what to expect in an intern.
I met with both management and a team member. I had three meetings before I received and offer. Two meetings were with a more junior team member, and my final meeting was with the office manager.

Interview
I applied to a few internships through Brigham, then was called and selected to interview for one. I was then contacted for a phone interview with the potential manager, once I made it through that round I was supposed to have a skype interview with the manager and her manager. However, they couldn't get the skype to work so we just had another phone interview and was told I'd be contacted in a week if I got the position.
