I had a phone call followed by meeting in person with hiring manager. I did not meet with any other researchers working on team, which was weird and should have been a red flag.
It was a very typical interview process. There was one interview panel with 5 colleagues and they rotated asking questions. I heard within a week that I got the job.

Applied online, followed by in-person interview. Standard questions asked, your average interview. Once I was offered the position, three week wait to set up health appointment and complete drug test.
