Both the supervisor and medical director of the department were there. It was a good idea to interview them more about the workload, staffing, hierarchy in the department. Both asked standard questions. Specific questions were asked about prior experience and analyzers used.

Interview
Interviewing with the actual laboratory staff was easy and relaxing. The HR department asks the typical interview questions. The lab managers generally give a tour of the department and ask easy questions.
