Very easy, upfront, knowledgeable management that encouraged you to ask questions. Made sure you understood the position and what would be required of you. Took the time to look at resume and portfolio, even made copies to send to HR. Took time to learn what time of position you were looking for and your likes and dislikes about the position you are leaving.
