Recruiter called and asked simple questions lasting 5 minutes. Didn't have answers to my questions and stated I would get them on my next interview with RN/HR but it was actually a zoom onloading group session.

They weren't really questions, but simple informative quips about the company and job that I already knew bc of the job listing.

The recruiter missed two appointments, which she had scheduled. The first one she said "your phone went to voicemail" but she didn't leave a voicemail, and didn't reply to my message until the next afternoon. The second one, she was 40 minutes late and laughed it off, saying "my other meeting ran sooooo late."

"So you were a CNA before you were a nurse, did that inspire you to go into nursing?"
Over the phone to talk about the position and interest, then in person. I was asked mostly about experience and work history. I also went through a checklist to determine what nursing skills I had.

Hired on the spot. They are desperate for employees. I was offered the position and on boarded in one day. I met with the owner of the company and nurse manager.
