The interview process was incredibly formal and comfortable! Don't be afraid to be yourself and really talk about sales experience. There was a phone screening, an interview with the recruiter at my college and then I was flown out to New York City for the final interview.

Interview
Seemed sort of disorganized and that the in house recruiters were trying to make a kpi on number of candidates . When I got to the actual hiring sales manager , he said he came to company because he was laid off and needed a job. But the worst was the lack of follow up or response when I followed up. Ghosting is not cool to potential employees. Even if not a good fit , have the professionalism to say no thanks.
