I interviewed with Katelyn Ewe. She's a very supportive recruiter. Initial reach-out over email and general questions about current grad program. Then there was a 30 min phone call with her, where she explained more about the role, took more details about my background, skills, and experience.

Interview
The interview took more than two months and rejected me...During the interview, after the 2nd round interview, the 3rd round was at the Christmas week, they asked to finish a take home assessment because they aimed to finish the interview process before the end of year.
The take home assessment is poorly defined, they just pull some information out from their daily work and asked you to analyze. Those information was so random and I believe the manager himself even didn't take a look what he was asking the candidate to do...
And more ridiculous thing is, they didn't give any feedback even until the early this year, which they literally said they want to close this position before end of last year. So I sent a follow up email, then they're saying they will close the position at the end of this month.
So I received a rejection one month I submitted my assessment. Do you guys really remember what I submitted??
The assessment took me two whole days to complete, that is totally waste my time.
So unorganized interview process.
