CSL interview questions

First interview was phone screening. Experience was pleasant and professional. Through to second stage with HR Business Partner. She was late on the phone and clearly felt the interview was a waste of her time and hadn't thought how I would feel about my wasted time and preparation to hear before the interview had even started she had made up her mind. I would recommend the UK HR team look at their behaviour and that they are representing their company so to remain professional.

Very long day, they have you come in for meetings of upwards of 5 people in one day. They attempt to interview people with different backround, knowledge, and experiences to get different perspectives but ultimately choose people who have the specific background for that role.
