Pre determined questions were asked. Not hard to answer, just basic non-technical generic questions. Panel of different people asking one question each. Would recommend thoroughly reading duty statement before the interview. Friendly panel.

Interview by 3 people panel. The panel introduced themself. Followed by 5 general working behavior question. The whole interview was within 30 minutes. They told me the decision would be made around 3 months.

straightforward scripted questions. they wanted to know how much experience I had with environmental science in various aspects. there are teams dedicated to biology, project delivery, cultural resources, hydrology, etc. It was not a hard interview. there was only 1 round to it, and I think that because it was a mass hiring event that it took them a bit longer to get back to me
