My local recruiter connected me with recruiters from other regions and then I had a series of video call interviews that introduced me to many of the respective region's leaders. Each call went smoothly and they made me feel comfortable during the process. One call was a group interview with a couple other applicants.

I applied online, then received an email that stated I would be talking to current employees. Talked to many property managers and everyone was very nice. Got to the end and I never heard back from them neither an acceptance nor rejection.
