Initial phone interview which half of was spent asking basic HR questions about background and skill-set and the other half telling me about CapTech.
After that a technical phone interview was scheduled about a week later. They asked some object oriented programming questions, front-end development questions, what frameworks I liked to use, etc. The interview was about an hour long and was very thorough examination of skills but nothing too hard to answer. The questions seemed pretty tailored to my resume to the skills I said I had on my resume.
After that was a round robin 3 in-person behavioral interviews. I rotated between three rooms where I was asked various questions about behavior related stuff. Things like, tell me about a time when....etc. They also spent a lot of time asking about my interactions with clients at my previous consulting job. CapTech is big on making sure you can decently interact with clients and promote the CapTech brand in a positive manner.
Overall it was a very thorough interview process to make sure I was a good fit for the company. They want the best in the field and they have the questions to find out who that is.
