Initially submit your application by filling out a number of questions on motivations and competencies. Then afterwards, should you application be successful, you will be invited to the video interview in which you answer 5 key questions. The questions aren't overly specific to the company e.g. on eof mine was "what is your biggest disappointment?". I think they want to see how you respond questions that you wouldn't expect and also get to know you as a person. Following this, you move on to the assessment centre. This was split over 2 sections: Group Case Study and 1-1 interviews with the interviews being 3x20 minute interviews on motivations and talking about past experience. Finally you move to one HR interview and one Business interview with a consultant, each 30 mins. Overall, the whole process was fairly smooth. I would say at times it was confusing as to what channels I was being notified through as sometimes it would be via email and then others it was text. Everyone who I've spoken to so far was very friendly however.
