I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Capgemini (Calcutta) in Apr 2025
Interview
Capgemini HR contacted me for a PMO role. The interview felt cold just rapid questions, no engagement or expression from the interviewer. It was more like a checklist than a conversation.

How I think my experience aligns with the role.
There were about six or seven questions in total, all pretty direct and back-to-back.
The Capgemini recruitment process is done in three rounds which include; an online assessment, technical interview and an interview with HR. Overall my experience was pretty good throughout the process.
