The TR panel member has no knowledge of the subject.
One horrible guy from Pune started my technical interview. He didn't even have patience and has absolutely no knowledge of SharePoint. He googled for the question and answer. In the middle of me explaining a concept, he interrupted to say thanks and disconnected the call.
Thank god I was not selected. I could not even imagine working with those horrible guys.
