I was initially contacted through phone by human resources to set up a phone interview. The interview was pretty basic with no tough questions. It was more of a conversation than anything. I had a face to face interview as well. This one was pretty weird but fun at the same time. I did not talk about myself at all. Instead I was told to ask as many questions as I could about the position.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital Blue Cross
Interview
Discussed my resume. They talked about all the college class projects. We also discussed the technical solutions behind those projects. I was also asked behavioral questions. They also me asked my I chose my current major. The HR took a lot of time getting back to me.
Very friendly and informative! They take to time get to know you and your qualifications as well as your career goals. They also provide a lot of background and specifics on your own role.
