Introduction interview, get to know company and they get to know you. Then moved on to interviewing with 2 people from HR and more competency based questions. The interview is very much fit based to see how compatible you are with them and their values. The people are very nice and seem invested in you and who you are a person. You don't necessarily need to have finance or investment background but have interest in the company. Also should be a forward thinker.
