I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capital Group (Irvine, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Apply online and if you make it past the resume round, you do an online recorded interview. You have a could chances to redo questions so theres no need to stress about this round. If you make it to the next round you interview online again but this time with an actual person on video chat. Pretty low stress. Wish I had known what they were looking for though.
