The interview process was pretty clunky. Information was poorly communicated amongst l teams and everyone I spoke with throughout the process seemed slightly disengaged and somewhat frustrated with other internal teams.
I was flown out to interview at HQ. I provided my credit card to the hotel for incidentals which is standard, but later realized the hotel charge was ultimately billed to my card in full. I was a little surprised as this is typically billed to the company's corporate account but didn't think much of it and submitted the bill with my travel expenses. It took 3 months for any expenses to be reimbursed and when they were the hotel charge was not reimbursed because the recruiter swore it was charged to the corporate account. I had to get back in touch with the hotel 3 months after the original stay to provide the proof that I was charged. I was ultimately reimbursed but was surprised with how poorly organized the whole process seemed to be.
My first interview of the day began 20 minutes late (it was supposed to be a 45 minute interview) because she was told I would be brought to her office but the front desk had me wait in the lobby while they paged her. I completely understand miscommunications happen (especially in large companies), but my experience was that is was uncommonly pervasive within this particular group I was interviewing with.
