Easy. recruiter called, I showed interest and then a few weeks later I could start. They bring you in for 2-3 rounds of interviews before offering on the 3rd if considered.

Have you been in a cold calling environment/sales before?
3-4 rounds, behavioral based, pretty laid back overall, no mock cold calls or anything like that. Just spoke with the team leads and director of the team I was interviewing for.

after couple of interview got the offer and took it and it's been nice since!
3 phone calls with a recruiter to figure out the perfect position and get a good understanding and 2-3 interviews with a team manager where I was able to speak with team members
