I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Carahsoft (Reston, VA) in May 2019
Interview
Started with a phone calls with two different people, this led to a technical quiz to test my programming abilities, then to an in person interview where I met with 3 different people 1v1 over the course of an hour and a half. All interviewers seemed understanding that my GPA doesn't reflect my intelligence and that I didn't know the answer to everything they asked. Certainly understanding that I wouldn't remember things from courses I took my freshman year of college. My final interview is coming up, and I have not yet been offered a position, but it sounds promising. Writing this before final interview to avoid bias.

Question 1
Describe a left and inner join for SQL. Explain how I would join two tables based on content. Difference between C++ and Java.
HR interview, talked about pay and benefits and other details. Low pay and bad benefits so I did not go through with the interview. I think making people fill out these to see salaries is bad practice.

Interview
I had an initial call with a recruiter for the company. Nice woman and the call went well, but never heard back from her nor did she respond to my emails.

Interview
I went through two different interviews with recruiters where I tried to gain insight on the company as a whole as well as the individual team I was interviewing for but it just felt like they were reading off of a prompt the entire time. Felt like I didn’t gain anything out of the interview and they were extremely adamant about going back into the office ASAP and wasn’t offering any remote position
