I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Carahsoft
Interview
I was just recently offered a position with Carahsoft as a Marketing Coordinator, which I am thrilled about!! I talked to a recruiter through the entire process that was very helpful and really explained the position in-depth. It was nice to have so much information up front and I felt like I got a good understanding of what I would be doing. I had to do a few phone interviews initially before my in-person interviews. At first I was really nervous about the in-person interview but everyone was so welcoming and gave me a lot of information on the position and the company. I think the thing I really appreciate the most about this company is that this is a TRUE entry-level position as opposed to other companies that say it’s entry-level but then tell you they require 1-3 years of experience. Looking forward to starting!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I had a few questions that were unique, but none were too difficult. My recruiter really asked a lot of questions about my relocation but in the end it all worked out and I'm moving to the area in a week.
I applied online. I interviewed at Carahsoft (Washington, DC) in Mar 2026
Interview
My interview process was similar to other reviews. I was paired with a recruiter who walked me through the process, which was so helpful and I felt so prepared for each step. It started with two calls with the recruiter before getting to talk with the team I would join. Then I had a final interview that presented me with an offer at the end. Very smooth and consistent experience!

Interview
You’re in contact with a recruiter the entire time who preps you for the interview. The recruiter will match you with a team that is hiring after passing the initial screening. The team specific interview is long, since it’s basically 3 people rotating in to interview you. However it’s fairly easy, a mix of technical, behavioral, and get to know you questions. Everyone was so personable and kind!
