I applied and then they called to set up some time for an interview. I interviewed with somebody and they really liked me, and said they'd consider bumping their salary up to get me, but then I never heard back from them.

Why Carahsoft? What do you like about the company.
There were 3 interviews. One with a recruiter, then hiring manager, then another with some of your team leads. The questions were fairly easy, nothing technical just straight forward. Shouldn’t be any stress
Recruiters dont follow up, dont send calendar invites for meetings etc. Emailed a word document to fill out like a mall kiosk application, that had typos on it. Very disappointing experience for a tech company.

Virtual all happened via a phone call talked about goals, but in all customer service and sales experience was talked about and highly sought after. Overall stress free and enjoyable. Good process
